Run Your Own Event

Have an idea for an event? That’s great! We encourage students to run their own events and create their own student experience.

Submitting your event

We’re here to help with student events. If you want the support of the SU for your event then fill out the event form and we will get back to you within 2 working days. The more notice you give the more we can support you, but please allow at least 4 weeks from the date you want to host the event. Please send your completed form to andrew@southbank.su

If you already have an event planned and you just need us to promote it, then fill in the Event Promotion Form and we will do what we can to help. Please allow 4 weeks notice for us to be able to promote your event.
