Ben Hudson is the CEO of Black Swan Group, a global recruitment business
operating in Hong Kong, Singapore, New York, and London placing senior
governance professionals into financial institutions worldwide. He is also a board
member of Hampton & Richmond Borough Football Club and a lay member and
advisor for the Kent Magistrates Court. Many moons ago, he was the President of
Southampton University Students’ Union and saw this as an opportunity to combine
his knowledge and experience to a sector that he’s always been passionate about.
